With snow white petals and its fruit the Wild Pear is a visually captivating tree. Growing up to 20 metres this tree flowers from April through till May. A wholesome edition to any garden.
The size of each plant is between 15 – 50cm in height from the root plug.

Product Description
The Wild Pear (Pyrus communis) is a beautiful sight in the spring as it becomes completely blanketed in white blossoms. In April, while the leaves are still little and pale green, it produces a heavy bloom. During Autumn its brilliant orange and scarlet hues come to life. Although the fruit varies because the tree is wild, it normally produces sweet, wonderful edible fruit in the autumn.
Wild Pear is a small, rounded, or conical-shaped tree or large shrub, native to the UK. The Wild Pear is suitable for almost every garden with a sunny spot. It tolerates drought and atmospheric pollution well and can even be grown in a pot in the centre of large cities. It makes for great hedging due to its thorny branches and thick foliage. It can be pruned to fit in many different types of green spaces and gardens. It is a very tough tree which after planting requires little maintenance. Asides from hedging it also makes for a stunning single tree ideal for small gardens with its beautiful spring bloom.
The Wild Pear tree is a common feature in many folklore tales, especially in stories about temptation and love. According to the Language of the Flowers, the wild pear is a symbol for enduring companionship, solace, and love.

Deliveries
All postage and packaging charges for products delivered to the Mainland UK are included within the price. Additional charges apply for Northern Ireland, The Highlands & Scottish Isles, The Channel Islands, Scilly Isles & Isle of Man when ordering more than 8 trees.
As a guide, orders for 8 plants or more will be sent via a courier, 8 plants or fewer will be sent by Royal Mail.

Refunds
Your happiness is our business and that is why we individually check every single tree that we send out. If you have a concern about your tree, please get in touch with us within 7 days so that we can diagnose the issue. Very rarely, we might ask you to send the tree back to us in secure packaging to help us identify the issue but often we can identify the issue with photographs.
